  • Import data using a .csv file. You can also manually enter your data.
  • Make any change to any field of any entries by directly typing it in.
  • Create new entry by typing in their details into the blank row at the bottom of the screen. A new blank row will then appear.

Atlantis supports multiple campuses. Each campus can have its own period grid or bell time structure. Therefore, Atlantis supports multi-grid timetables!

Our default campus is called "main" and by default, all year levels are mapped to the main campus.

To separate your timetable into campuses, create your campuses here and map which year levels belong to each campus using comma separated values. E.g.

CodeYear Levels
Secondary12,11,10,9,8,7,Meetings
Primary6,5,4,3,2,1,K
...

This campus data can now be used in the following screens and modules:

  1. Period Grid - Setup a specific period grid or bell structure for each campus. They can be the same also
  2. Teachers table - You can map each teacher to a campus, also referred to a Home Campus
  3. Covers Module - You can prioritise teachers for covering classes in their Home Campus.
  4. Notifications - Using our Covers module, you can also segment your notifications per campus, for e.g. You can send the Daily Summary report for the Primary Campus to all teachers belonging to the Primary Campus.
